Flower Replacement Policy

The very nature of flowers makes them inherently fragile and special, thus their inclusion in your special day. However, being on an island in the middle of the Pacific ocean presents some logistic issues. Flowers may be substituted, as the sole discretion of Dellables if the following events occur, outside the control of Dellables: a) flowers are NOT delivered to Dellables by the vendors involved, b) flowers are refused by federal or state or county government officials at the port, c) flowers arrive in a condition that is unsuitable for a formal event. In these cases, a SUBSTITUTION will be made. It is highly recommended that a substitution flower be arranged in advance or that a suitable "color" be designated that allows Dellables to still meet the requirements of the floral design.

Arches, Chuppas, Arrangements and Wind.

All Dellables arches and chuppas are secured in the ground and usually pose no problem in strong wind. If Dellables feels wind poses a threat to the stability of your arch or chuppa, we may make an alternate suggestion on site. Since many receptions are held outdoors, some tall centerpieces may be an issue in strong wind. Therefore we will suggest lower arrangements if we feel wind might pose an unsafe situation for you and your guests. Candles don’t always work for outdoor receptions but we try to put small candles in large vases. In strong winds, the candles may not stay lit even in larger vases. Most times after sunset the wind dies down.

Location Considerations

In some cases, your location may not allow stakes in the ground. Therefore we may not be able to install tiki torches and the like. If possible please let Dellables know if the chuppah is going in grass or installed on concrete. At this time, Dellables policy is not to install arches, chairs or tiki torches on public beaches. All beaches in Hawai'i are public.

Refund Policy

All deposits made to Dellables for services to be rendered are committed to the purchase of non-refundable flowers and supplies, and therefore are NON-Refundable. If a wedding is officially canceled (and not just rescheduled), then 75% of the fees minus costs may be refundable upon written request, within 30 days of the original wedding date.

Privacy Policy

The personal information we obtain from clients such as name, phone number, email address, mailing address, billing information is for the sole purpose of providing services described on this website. All Dellables client account information is strictly confidential and is held between the company and its clients only. We do not sell or share our customer list with 3rd parties.
